Order Returns:

Due to the unique craftsmanship of our products tailored for each customer, they cannot be resold, reused, or donated. As a result, we do not facilitate returns but suggest considering replacement or refund options as alternatives.

How to Initiate a Replacement/Refund:

If you believe your order warrants a replacement, refund, or return, please follow these steps within 7 days to request an appropriate resolution:

Capture a photo/video of the product alongside a snapshot of the QR code/Cover Package placed on a flat surface under adequate lighting. Ensure clarity to demonstrate the item's eligibility for a replacement, refund, or return.

Reach out to us at support@handmadetneonsign.com, explaining the reason for seeking a replacement/refund and attaching the photo from step one. Any additional relevant details will be appreciated.

We'll respond within 48 hours to confirm your request. If the provided information is unclear, we may request further clarification. Please reply within 7 business days to avoid closure of your case due to insufficient evidence.

If your request is approved, there are two types of approvals:

Replacement Approval: We'll dispatch a new item to you at our expense via standard shipping. Once available, we'll email you the tracking code. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the replacement to reach you.

Refund Approval: We'll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
