For Small and Medium Signs with Fewer Neon Strips
- Unpack Your Kit:
Verify that you have received the following items:- 1 Power Adapter
- 1 Dimmer
- 1 CR2025 3V Battery Remote
- Wall-mounting bracket and screws
- Neon Sign
- Mounting the Sign:
Use the included wall-mounting bracket and screws (if provided) to securely attach the sign to your desired location.
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before mounting. - Power Connection:
Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
Connect the adapter to the neon sign’s power input. - Battery Installation:
Insert the CR2025 3V battery into the designated slot on the remote control.
Ensure the battery is inserted correctly according to the polarity markings. - Adjusting Brightness and Settings:
Use the remote control to adjust the brightness and other settings of your neon sign.

Please be aware: You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after making the purchase. However, if the cancellation occurs after this timeframe, a 30% fee will be imposed as the item would have already begun production.

How to Initiate a Replacement/Refund:
If you believe your order warrants a replacement, refund, or return, please follow these steps within 7 days to request an appropriate resolution:
Capture a photo/video of the product alongside a snapshot of the QR code/Cover Package placed on a flat surface under adequate lighting. Ensure clarity to demonstrate the item's eligibility for a replacement, refund, or return.

If your request is approved, there are two types of approvals:
