Acrylic LED Neon Sign Kit Accessories

Please note that the accessories included with your neon sign will vary depending on the size and length of the neon strips.

For small and medium signs with neon strips less than 8.5 meters long.

Included: 1 power adapter, 1 dimmer, and 1 CR2025 3V battery remote.
Function: Adjust the brightness and settings using the included remote control.

For Larger Signs with more than 8.5 meters long Neon Strips:

Included: Honeycomb power supply.
Note: This power supply does not allow for brightness adjustment.

Additional Information: Chains may be included upon request. Please specify this when placing your order.

Installation/Usage Instructions

For Small and Medium Signs with Fewer Neon Strips

Unpack Your Kit:
Verify that you have received the following items:
- 1 Power Adapter
- 1 Dimmer
- 1 CR2025 3V Battery Remote
- Wall-mounting bracket and screws
- Neon Sign
Mounting the Sign:
Use the included wall-mounting bracket and screws (if provided) to securely attach the sign to your desired location.
Ensure the surface is clean and dry before mounting.
Power Connection:
Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
Connect the adapter to the neon sign’s power input.
Battery Installation:
Insert the CR2025 3V battery into the designated slot on the remote control.
Ensure the battery is inserted correctly according to the polarity markings.
Adjusting Brightness and Settings:
Use the remote control to adjust the brightness and other settings of your neon sign.
Follow the instructions in the user manual for detailed operation.
Final Check:
Ensure all connections are secure and test the sign to confirm it’s working properly.

Please note that the honeycomb power supply does not allow for brightness adjustment. The sign will be at its preset luminosity.

Ensure all connections are secure and test the sign to confirm it’s working properly.

Additional Notes:

Chains: If you requested chains, they will be included. Install them as per the instructions provided or use them for hanging as needed.
Cleaning: Wipe the sign with a dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh cleaning agents.

Please be aware: You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after making the purchase. However, if the cancellation occurs after this timeframe, a 30% fee will be imposed as the item would have already begun production.

Due to the unique craftsmanship of our products tailored for each customer, they cannot be resold, reused, or donated. As a result, we do not facilitate returns but suggest considering replacement or refund options as alternatives.

How to Initiate a Replacement/Refund:

If you believe your order warrants a replacement, refund, or return, please follow these steps within 7 days to request an appropriate resolution:

Capture a photo/video of the product alongside a snapshot of the QR code/Cover Package placed on a flat surface under adequate lighting. Ensure clarity to demonstrate the item's eligibility for a replacement, refund, or return.

Reach out to us at support@handmadetneonsign.com, explaining the reason for seeking a replacement/refund and attaching the photo from step one. Any additional relevant details will be appreciated.

We'll respond within 48 hours to confirm your request. If the provided information is unclear, we may request further clarification. Please reply within 7 business days to avoid closure of your case due to insufficient evidence.

If your request is approved, there are two types of approvals:

Replacement Approval: We'll dispatch a new item to you at our expense via standard shipping. Once available, we'll email you the tracking code. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the replacement to reach you.

Refund Approval: We'll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

I love the sign. The design, quality and size is everything I wanted. My question was quickly answered by email. The email informing me of the finished product with a picture was very helpful. Also being informed when it was going to be shipped was great.
