Good design, intricate and elegant. I am a little worried about durability as the metal is thin, but indoors against the wall it should be ok. Delivery took almost 3 weeks, but most of that time was the delivery service's fault as it got sent to Texas and "missorted" before coming to me

The sign came in with everything expected, except dimmer switch. The site said it will come with a dimmer switch, but only came with a metal box linking the two connections. So I have no way to dim the bright sign. Overall I trust this company.

Better than expected
I love the sign. The design, quality and size is everything I wanted. My question was quickly answered by email. The email informing me of the finished product with a picture was very helpful. Also being informed when it was going to be shipped was great.
